1.The Amoeba Boys
These boys wouldn't know a crime if it was in their DNA code. They try really hard to be criminals, but they just don't have the brains to do it. Their example of a punishable crime is stepping on the grass when they are not supposed to, or littering. Getting beaten up by the Powerpuffs is their dream, because that would prove that they are criminals!! Bossman is their leader. (He wears the hat :P )

It's Mojo Jojo!

2. "I am BAD, I am EVIL, I am MOJO JOJO!!" Sound familiar?? This mad genius of a Monkey has been keeping the girls on their toes for as long as I can remember. He is as smart as the professor, but he uses his brainpower to make weapons and lazers and the like to destroy the Powerpuff girls and take over the City of Townsville. Part of his problem, though, is that he is overconfident in his abilities, and each and every time that leads to his downfall.
But how did he get to be so smart?? Well a long time ago, he was actually Professor Utonium's assistant, Jojo. Just an average little troublemaking monkey in the lab. But one time Jojo was playing around and he pushed the Professor's arm, causing him to accidently add the Chemical X to the little girls formula! Not only did this create the Powerpuff Girls, but the Chemical X he was exposed him made him the Mad Monkey he is today.
"Currrsseeess! Foiled Again!"

3. Abra Cadaver, formerly known as Al Lusion, is an evil magician zombie bent on destroying the person who exposed him for being a fraud when he was alive. The little girl that exposed him had an uncanny resemblance to...Blossom!

4. Evil Cat (Cat Man Do)
Normally I am a cat lover, but this time I'll make an exception. This fiery feline has the ability to take control of its host mind and make him/her do what he pleases. In the episode, Cat Man Do, he took control of the Professor's Mind so he could (make the professor) create a powerful ray gun.

5. The Gangrene Gang.
Ace, Lil Arturo, Snake, Grubber and Big Billy. Not exactly a supervillian group, but they are enough to cause trouble in the streets in Townsville, keeping our girls busy. Ace, the skinny guy with glasses, is the leader.
